As a retired commercial airline captain still with a good sense of direction, Mr. Sluis continued his work on the ground, by embarking businesses on their journey of Digital Transformation.
We are a managed communications services company, headquartered in Willemstad, Curaçao, specialized in the design, construction, deployment, implementation and on-going maintenance of modern technology and communications systems such as private spectrum narrow and broadband wireless solutions and fiber optic networks, in support of fixed optical, fixed wireless, cellular, smart grid and multi-tenant business campus operations.
We design, build, operate and maintain these infrastructures regardless of the industry sector, where we focus on reliability to ensure continuity of the business. With the recent evolutions in technologies, we assist in creating a solid infrastructure basis for a smooth transition.

Our mission is to break all bounderies of traditional and legacy infrastructure locks placed by incumbent operators and provide each business its freedom at a never before experienced quality & cost.
Internet access in the Caribbean region has shown to be extremely expensive compared to other parts of the world, partly because of the transport by subsea fiber. In Curaçao the situation is no different and with only two players in the market, rates remain high.
Unfortunately, users experience high latencies on their services since the exchange of traffic between one local provider’s network to the other is routed Northbound and back, as these local operators do not maintain open peering, or at least not available free to the end-user.
Since there is no regulation in place that forces operators to open local peering to improve service, the latency continues to exist and their respective sales agents will always advice that your current service needs an upgrade, so you can spend even more on your service.
